Is Kevin Hart Saying Farewell To Stand-Up Tours?
Kevin Hart‘s critical-acclaim partially came from his revered and laugh-out-loud stand-up specials. From I’m a Grown Little Man to October’s forthcoming debut, What Now? the Philly native might take his final bow when it comes to stand-up comedy touring.
In a brief speech at CinemaCon, Hart said he’s unsure about what the future will hold when it comes to producing his stand-up acts. “I don’t know if I’m ever going to go out and do it again,” he said. With What Now? making its stride to theaters in the fall season, Hart shared that it was his “last fu**ing tour.”
Although we might not receive the opportunity to see Hart in his element on stage, fans will still get to enjoy the mogul on the silver screen where he churns out blockbuster after blockbuster. His next feature film, Central Intelligence is set for a summer arrival, alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
“I believe that laughter heals all wounds,” Hart said. “It’s a goal of mine to make people understand the power of laughter … I’m that person that you can laugh at.”
