Megyn Kelly cheekily put her English Labrador Strudwick in charge of her "American News Minute" email newsletter when she went on a Spring Break getaway with her family last week. She shared a selfie with her silver fox hubby on Monday to publicize her return, to her fans' delight.

Megyn Kelly wrote on March 27, 2023, "Vacay's over. Back to work today and looking forward to it. So much news to get to!" In the photo, the anchor is leaning on a bar beside her husband, Doug Brunt. A fan welcomed the newswoman back to her post, adding, "We missed you."

An Instagram user commented, "You guys are so adorable together! Now, back to work!" Another wrote, "I missed your show all week!!! I'm glad you could enjoy a break." A new listener said, "Can't wait to have you back but hope you enjoyed every minute of family time."

Megyn Kelly Has Been Married to Doug Brunt for 15 Years & It Was the 'Best Decision' of Her Life

Kelly met her second husband on a blind date at a Washington D.C. tapas bar. On their 15th wedding anniversary this year, she began "The Megyn Kelly Show" with a nearly eight-minute tribute to her spouse. She was "not afraid" to say that getting married to him "was the single best decision" of her life.

The former company man became a New York Times best-selling author.

They married on a "perfect winter day," March 1, 2008, with light snowfall at Oheka Castle in Long Island. It was Brunt's first marriage. Kelly feels lucky it was her second time down the aisle because she "went in eyes open."

Megyn Kelly described Brunt as the "kid who got the all-round good guy award" at The Haverford School, a private school in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

After graduating from Duke University, he worked at tech companies Booz Allen & Hamilton, Idealab, and Authentium Inc. He was the CEO of the last mentioned business he helmed for a decade before selling it for $8 million.

The former company man became a New York Times best-selling author with his debut novel "Ghosts of Manhattan." Brunt's fourth novel, "The Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel," is expected later this year.

The couple lives in New York City with their three children, Edward Brunt, Yardley Brunt, and Thatcher Brunt, and two Labradors.
